Abstract
This Ministerial Order, with a view to continuing the principle of gradual implementation of AQUA's provincial delegations on a national scale, under article 2 of Decree No. 2/2016 of 10 February, creates Provincial Delegations of the National Agency for the Control of Environmental Quality (called DPAQUA) in the provinces of Maputo, Inhambane, Sofala, Tete and Niassa.
