This Ministerial Order No. 47/2020 establishing Fees due for the Right to Use and Enjoy the Land. In particular, it aims at updating the values of fees payable by applicants and holders for the Land Use, contained in the Land Law Regulation, approved by Decree No. 66/98 of 8 December, in conjunction with Decree No. 77/99 of 15 October. New Annual Fee for Specific Activities such as Agriculture: 62.50 MT; Livestock, wild farms and permanent crops: 15.00 MT; The annual fee for parcels with a size up to 1 hectare, intended for tourism, summer housing and commerce, located at 1 km from the coastal zone: 2,532.00 MT; The annual fee for parcels larger than 1 hectare intended for tourism, summer housing and commerce in the 1 km along the coastal zone: 2,532.00 MT; The annual fee for the parcels destined for tourism, summer housing and commerce in the range between 1 and 3 km at 1 km from the coastal zone: 844.00 MT.
