Ministerial Order No. 47/2020 updating the amounts of fees payable by applicants and holders of the Right to Use and to Enjoy the Land.

This Ministerial Order updates the amounts of taxes and fees payable by applicants and holders of the Right to Use and to Enjoy the Land, contained in the Land Law Regulation, approved by Decree No. 66/98 of 8 December, and Decree No. 77/99 of 15 October. In particular, it specifies taxes for the following land use: 1. Agriculture; 2. Cattle breeding, wildlife farms and permanent crops; 3. Annual fee for parcels up to 1 hectare intended for tourism, summer housing and commerce, located on the strip of 1 km length facing the marine coastal area; 4. Annual fee related to parcels with a size greater than 1 hectare, intended for tourism and commerce on the strip of 1 km length facing the marine coastal area; 5. Annual fee related to parcels destined to tourism and commerce in the range between 1 and 3 km facing the 1 km strip of the marine coastal area.
