Abstract
This Ministerial Order approves the Internal Regulation of the National Institution for the Development and Management of Fisheries Infrastructures, IP (INFRAPESCA, IP). This Regulation, consisting of 53 articles divided into six Chapters and one Annex, establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned Institution, entitled to enforce norms for the organization and functioning of the above mentioned INFRAPESCA, pursuant to the provisions of paragraph b) of paragraph 1 of article 3 of Decree No. 41/2020 of 15 June.
