Abstract
This Order provides definitions and a classification of food establishments, regulating health authorizations, the mandatory minimum requirements for food establishments and for production and packaging food establishments, the mandatory minimum requirements for the storage of food products, the mandatory minimum requirements for consumption and sale food establishments, for the means of transportation of food, and health personnel with competence for inspections.
