Abstract
This Ministerial Order approves the Regulation on fish quality control. The Regulation, consisting of 12 Sections and 21 Annexes, specifies terms and conditions to fulfil the sanitary technical requirements to obtain a "sanitary authorization" for aquaculture infrastructures. This Regulation lays down the requirements to be met during the inspections on the functioning of the aformentioned aquaculture infrastructures and processed fish prioducts. It defines fish inspection procedures, health requirements and related licensing of fishing infrastructures, fish products labelling and packaging requirements. Moreover, the regulation provides model forms and templates for obtaining such an authorization.
