This Ministerial Order approves the Regulation of the Institute of Cereals of Mozambique (ICM). This Regulation, consisting of 31 articles divided into six Chapters, establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the ICM entitled to promote activities for partnership with stakeholders in agricultural marketing, with the aim of ensuring the purchase and sale of agricultural surpluses from production areas to the market.
