Abstract
This Presidential Decree creates the Council for the Coordination of Environmental Disasters (CCGC) in order to prevent natural disasters and to assist eventually injured people and infrustructures. It consists of 7 articles establishing composition, duties and competencies of the aforementioned environmental Institution.
