Abstract
The Proclamation states that no person shall either directly or indirectly import into the Territory, supply or sell to any other person, or acquire from from any other person any superphosphates unless holding a permit issued by the Senior Veterinary Officer. Who manufactures or produces for sale or imports for sale into the Territory any superphosphates shall keep in the English or Afrikaans language a record containing certain information established by Art. 2. Offences and penalties are also regulated.
