General Regulations No. 83 of 2021

These Regulations are made in accordance with Section 93(1) of the Deeds Registries Act, No. 14 of 2015. Essentially, these Regulations provide for the registration divisions and numbering of farm units, bearing distinctive letters to be signed by the Surveyor-General. They provide for a register to be kept of conveyancers and notaries public. The Regulations further provide extensively for the preparation of deeds and documents submitted for the registration and the specification of the document.
