Abstract
This Act establishes the Karakul Board of South West Africa as a a body corporate, defines its powers and functions, provides for its administration and provides for the marketing of wool by the Board. The objects of the Board shall be to promote the interests of the karakul industry and the wool industry in the territory and elsewhere. The Board may appoint inspectors to ascertain whether or to ensure that the provisions of this Act or any directions issued thereunder are being complied.
