Abstract
This Act amends the Meat Corporation of Namibia Act, 2001 in sections 5 and 9 with respect to (representation in) the Board of the Corporation. It also inserts a new section (30A) on liability of the Corporation for the payment of any levy or tax levied under the Income Tax Act, 1981.
