Abstract
This Act amends the Namibia Water Corporation Act, 1997 in sections 17, 18, 19 and 21 concerning the composition of the board of directors of the Corporation, the office of director, conflict of interest of board members, appointment of an alternate director and of the chairperson of the Board.
