Abstract
These amendments of the Nature Conservation Ordinance prescribe anew the penalties for contravening with prohibitions of hunting in game parks and nature reserves or hunting of specially protected game without a written permission or failing to comply with condition, requirement or restriction imposed of any permission granted. A new list of specially protected game is set out in the Third Schedule of the Ordinance.
