Regulations of Community Courts (No. 237 of 2003).

These Regulations implement provisions of the Community Courts Act, 2003, in respect of, among other things, instituting of proceedings in community court, the procedure to be observed in community courts, service or execution of the process of the community court, appeal against an order or decision of community court.
