Regulations relating to Inspection of Register (No. 238 of 2015).

These Regulations, made in terms of section 61(1)(m) read with section 43(3) of the Marine Resources Act, provides with respect to inspection of the register, i.e. the database upon which information relating to rights, quota, licence and right holders are kept as contemplated in section 43(1) of the Act. Section 43 stipulates that the register kept by the Permanent Secretary shall be available for inspection by any person at such place, during such times and upon payment of such fees, if any, as may be prescribed.
