Standards Regulations (GN No. 249 of 2013).

These Regulations implement provisions of the Standards Act by, among other things defining principles guiding the development of Namibian standards, defining the role of Namibian Standards Institution (NSI) in development of Namibian standards, empowering the Namibian Standards Council (NSC) to establish technical committees to assist the Institution in the development of Namibian standards, procedures and criteria for the development of Namibian standards and maintenance of standards and inspections. The Regulations also provide with respect to appeal against a decision of the NSI.
