Stock Theft Act (No. 44 of 1990).

This Act prohibits the theft of livestock or any produce, carcase or portion of livestock and makes provision with respect to the prevention and control of stock theft in Namibia.
The possession of stock or produce in regard to which there is reasonable suspicion that it has been stolen and is unaccountable, the acquisition of stolen livestock or produce, the trade in livestock at night and the entering upon fenced land or premises with intent to steal any stock or produce are declared to be an offence. The Act further defines other offences in relation with theft of stock or produce and provides for enforcement and legal proceedings.
