Abstract
According to the provisions of this Treaty Walvis Bay and the Offshore Islands shall be incorporated/reintegrated into the Republic of Namibia on 1 March 1994. The Joint Administrative Authority shall cease to exist as of the date mentioned above. The Parties will regulate by way of further agreements any matter relating to the incorporation/reintegration. Any dispute arising from the application or interpretation of the Treaty shall be resolved amicably through the Diplomatic Channel.
