Abstract
The Act amends the Fishery Act of 1996 by repealing provisions of section 14 and by inserting a new section (14a). The repealed provision and the new provisions concern the fees for fishing licences. New section 14 grants power to the government of Greenland to lay down rules on the charging of licenses and licenses coastal fishing permits. This shall, however, not apply to fees for shrimp fishing, which shall have its own licence fee regime. the new provision also concerns measures in case of non-payment or late of fees.
