Abstract
This Ordinance, issued under the terms of the Section 3 (point 5) of the Gibraltar Merchant Shipping (Safety etc.) Act 1993 and to be read in conjunction with the relevant provisions of the Gibraltar Merchant Shipping (Manning, Training and Certification for Seafarers) Regulations 2006, here establishes several navigation and vessel safety registration-administrative provisions to be observed.
