Agreement on the rules of release (delivery), circulation and redemption within the framework of the Eurasian Economic Union of warehouse receipts for agricultural commodities.

Warehouse receipt shall be intended undocumented non-issued security certifying the right of its holder to receive at the warehouse agricultural commodities in quantity and quality, determined upon release (issuance) of this paper, and providing the right to demand the fulfillment of obligations secured by a pledge. This Agreement governs legal relations concerning release (issuance), circulation and redemption within the Union of warehouse receipts, and determines the requirements for warehouse receipts. Types of agricultural commodities for which warehouse receipts are released (issued), are determined by the legislation of a Member State. Information about the released (issued) warehouse receipts is entered into the register of warehouse receipts. The warehouse register contains the following information: (a) about the type of agricultural commodities in storage of which the warehouse specializes; (b) name, type, capacity, available storage volume, the location of the warehouse and the storage location of agricultural commodities; (c) document confirming the registration of the warehouse in the register of warehouses issued in accordance with the legislation of a Member State; and (d) other information in accordance with the legislation of a Member State.
