Abstract
This Order: applies Council Regulation 1255/97 and Council Regulation 1/2005 in Jersey; defines offences in respect of failure to comply with Council Regulation 1/2005; defines derogations for short road journeys; appoints for purposes of those Regulations the Minister as the competent authority in respect of Jersey; defines powers of the competent authority; provides with respect to enforcement and compliance; and defines other offences.
