Dolphin Protection Zone Regulations 2018.

These Regulations, in relation to any land covered (continuously or intermittently) by waters and all of the sea within British Gibraltar Territorial Waters, here designates the official national Dolphin Protection Zone.
Popping shall be prohibited within the Dolphin Protection Zone. Offences and penalties are also specified (see rule number 5 of this text).
