Abstract
The Order applies to commercial inshore fishing in Greenland and sets regulations on registration in logbooks all fishing activities, including landing, vessel measurement and time/area of fishing to the Greenland Fishery License Control (FGLK).
It consists of 4 Chapters: Purpose, scope and definitions (1); General commercial inshore fishing vessels over 30 feet / 9.4 meters (2); General commercial inshore fishing vessels under 30 feet / 9.4 meters (3); Control measures and entry into force (4).
