Abstract
This Order amends the Fisheries (Protected Species) Order 1978 in Paragraph 2 by deleting “(3) Corals of all types, (including stony corals, sea rods and seafans);”. Paragraph 2 prohibits the taking of any fish specified types anywhere within the exclusive economic zone.
