Abstract
In this Order "fishing net" has the same meaning as in the Fisheries Regulations 1991. The use of fishing nets in the EEZ, whether within a protected area or not, for the taking of fish other than listed in paragraph 1 of article 3 is probibited. The use of nets of all kinds is prohibited in the areas specified in paragraph 2 of article 3. (4 articles)
