Harbours (Protection of Cables in Territorial Waters) (Jersey) Regulations 2010.

These Regulations, made under article 4 of the Harbours (Administration) (Jersey) Law 1961, provides for the protection of marine cables. It defines offences in cable protection zones as specified in the Schedule to these Regulations. Prohibited in such zones are, among other things, dredging and trawling. The Regulations define liability of the master of a fishing vessel and of others for prohibited activities committed by fishing vessels.
