Abstract
This Act empowers the Minister responsible for agriculture to prohibit the importation of specified fresh fruits, vegetables and flowers into Bermuda during any particular period in any year. For the purpose of exercising his powers, the Minister shall keep a register of commercial importers. A person wishing to commercially import fruits, vegetables or flowers shall apply for registration. Offences and penalties are prescribed. (4 sections)
