Jammu and Kashmir Disaster Management Rules, 2007.

These Rules provide for the composition and number of the members of the State Disaster Management Authority, of the State Executive Committee and of the District Management Authority. The Rules further define the terms of office and conditions of service of the members, powers and functions of the different institutions, allowances to be paid to the members, etc.
