Jammu and Kashmir Willow (Prohibition on Export and Movement) Rules, 2002.

These Rules prohibit the export of willow in any form from the State unless in possession of a permit granted by the authority. Requirements and procedures for obtaining a permit to export willow cleft in semi-finished form are set out in the text.
