Nature Conservation Area (Upper Rock) Designation Order 1993.

This Order, in accordance with the provisions of the national Nature Protection Act 1991, and after the necessary consultations with the Gibraltar Nature Conservancy Council, here designates the Nature Conservation Area denominated as “Upper Rock Nature Reserve”.
The above mentioned protected area is described in the Schedule of this text (The Nature Conservation Area to be known as the Upper Rock Nature Reserve shall be all that area contained within the red delineation including the area covered by that line in the map appearing below, see the cartographic representation at page 2).
