Abstract
These Regulations, in accordance with the general nature conservation provisions established by the national Nature Protection Act 1991, here sets the necessary rules as regards the management and conservation practices and issues to be implemented on the nature conservation area denominated as Upper Rock Nature Reserve, located on the territory of Gibraltar.
This text is divided into 10 Regulations, as follows: Title and commencement; Interpretation and application; Access; Use of vehicles etc; Protection of wild life; Structures; Conduct of research in the Reserve; Nuisances; Wild life wardens; Offences.
