Abstract
This Order, in accordance with the provisions of the national Nature Protection Act 1991, and after the necessary consultations with the Gibraltar Nature Conservancy Council, here designates the proclamation of the protected marine nature area (here identified as the entire area of British Gibraltar Territorial Waters).
