Abstract
The Order sets regulations on commercial fishing licence for cod operated for 1984. Vessels of min. 80 GRT shall be granted such permit as well as these who already have been granted cod-fishing licence in 1983. Total allowable catch for cod-fishing shall be determined by national authorities and suspension of fishing activity shall be notified by radio and press when ceiling is reached.
