Abstract
The Order sets regulations on commercial fishing for halibut which is subject to licensing. It must specify vessels used for these activities, fishing gear, and landing of catch must be authorized by national authorities on whether it may occur through buyers' vessel or directly to a determined place in Greenland. Non-commercial fishing licence is granted to Danish citizens residing in Greenland and their method of fishing for own consumption may not take place by nets and trawls.
