Order No. 2 on coastal halibut fishing.

Abstract
The Order sets regulations on halibut fishing and the requirement of a license for such activities. The license may give restrictions on fishing areas, tonnage requirement for fishing vessels as well as fishing methods. Registration of catch must be notified to the Greenland Fishery License Control (GFLK) and include all details. Non-commercial fishing for halibut is permitted to Danish nationals with residence in Greenland. Directorate of Commerce may give limitations to fishing activities in areas with less quantity of halibut.
