Abstract
The Order aims to ensure appropriate fishing methods for Arctic char (Salvelinus alpinus). Fishing for this trout species may only take place with hooks for fishing, rackets and mesh nets by stretched measurement of 10 meters. The municipal council shall draw up every 5 years a list of potentially good trout streams considered most threatened by excessive fishing.

The Order enters into force on 1 October 2005.
Notes
It repeals Order No. 25 of 10 June 1994.The Order remains however in force until it shall be replaced or repealed by municipal statutes under the authority of this Order.
