Abstract
The Order sets regulations on commercial fishing for halibut the requirement of fishing license thereof. It must specify which vessels are being used for these activities and is subject to limitation as it may be issued for a maximum of one year at a time. The license may give fishing area limitations and requires registration of catch to the Greenland Fishing License Control (GFLK). Methods of fishing with nets or trawl nets is prohibited, however it is permitted to do so with nets in the Inllulissat municipality (specified areas listed under article 6) up to 30 June 2001.
