Protected Species Notice of Intention 2011 (BR 65/2011).

This Order of the Minister responsible for Conservation Services lists in the Schedule species of plants and animals that are intentionally classified as critically endangered, endangered or vulnerable in accordance with the criteria set out in the International Union for the Conservation of Nature Red List of Threatened Species (IUCN) and declared protected species in exercise of the powers conferred by section 5(3) of the Protected Species Act 2003.
