Abstract
These Rules are here implementing the provisions of the s Council Directive of 8 December 1975 concerning the Quality of Bathing Water (76/160/EEC), in accordance with the national Public Health Act.
The above mentioned Bathing Water Directive shall be implemented in Gibraltar by the nominated authority. Reports shall be prepared by the Nominated Authority in accordance with the requirements of Article 13 of the Bathing Water Directive and shall be submitted by that person annually within three months of the termination of the bathing season to the Commission of the European Communities.
The text is divided into 3 Rules, as follows: Title; Interpretation; Implementation of Bathing Water Directive; Reporting procedures.
