Recommendation to amend the NEAFC Scheme of Control and Enforcement on the time for the authorisation to land, tranship and make use of port services (Rec. 13:2023).

This Recommendation of the North-East Atlantic Fisheries Commission (NEAFC), adopted in accordance to Article 8 of the NEAFC Convention. The text provides amendment to Article 23 of the NEAFC Scheme of Control and Enforcement with regard to landing or transhipment and other use of ports. The additional paragraphs are referring to the authorization by the port State by considering the Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) and the prenotified estimated time of arrival.
