Abstract
This Recommendation amends Recommendation 2:2011 to improve the collection of statistical data on fisheries beyond and under contracting parties' jurisdiction. Contracting parties are required to report provisional monthly catch statistics within 30 days of landing or transhipment, covering specified stocks and species. Reports must adhere to specified formats, irrespective of quota allocations. The NEAFC Secretary compiles and distributes the received data to contracting parties within 10 days of the monthly deadline, with annual catch data due by July 1 of the following year. This recommendation contains IV Annexes.
