Abstract
This Recommendation provides for prohibiting vessels under their flag from directed fishing for deep sea rays in the Regulatory Area; submiting all data on deep sea rays to ICES for stock evaluation; encouraging conservation measures in national waters; and defining 'deep sea rays' as specified species.
