Abstract
This Regional Legislative, adapting to Autonomous Region of Madeira Decree Law No. 81/2013 and amended by Decree-Law No. 165/2014, approves the New Regime for Livestock Activity (NREAP). It consists of 15 articles and 2 Annexes and establishes requirements to be satisfied in order to perform small scale and home-made livestock activity within the Autonomous Region of Madeira.
