Abstract
The document applies to commercial fishing for halibut with yarn in the Municipality of Sermersooq, which is not permitted. The municipality's eastern coast is exempted from this prohibition. The municipality extreme point to the northeast is Cape Biot. The municipality's extreme southern limit is the Irminger Sea north of the island Timmiarmiut and then northwest through the fjord Timmiarmiit Kangertivat to the bottom of the fjord at the glacier west of Snehatten. The area is shown in Appendix 1 and detailed in the United Nations Bulletin no. 56, Law of the Sea.
