Abstract
This Greenland Home Rule regulation sets mandatory reporting rules for the first sale of wildlife catch (mammals and birds) and sheep-farming products. Initial sellers must provide specified information to the purchaser, and those purchasers must in turn report the products and attach the seller’s information to the Minister for Fisheries, Hunting and Agriculture according to the annexed guidelines. The Minister may share these data with the Greenland Institute of Natural Resources, and violations of §2 and the annex can be penalized with fines.
