Abstract
These Regulations, made under Article 2(4B) of the Sea Fisheries (Jersey) Law 19941 and Regulation 3 of the Sea Fisheries (Bag Limits) (Jersey) Regulations 2016, amends the Sea Fisheries (Bag Limits) (Jersey) Order 2016 in Article 1 by prescribing new limits that may be taken per person/day for Bass and Ormer. It also prescribes such bag limits for Tope.
