Adamawa State Rural Water Supply and Environmental Sanitation Agency Edict no. 2 of 1996.

This Edict provides for the establishment of the Adamawa State Rural Water Supply and Environmental Sanitation Agency and specifies its tasks and functions: enhancing service levels for water supply and sanitation; improving sustainable programmes for water supply; increasing impact in terms of capacity building and women empowerment; contributing to the reduction of environmental issues; funds of the Agency.
