Abstract
This Act provides for amending the Agricultural Credit Guarantee Scheme Fund Act, Cap. A11, in its last amended version of 2004. The amendments concern: replacement of authorities and officials of the Board; increasing of amount of special fund; inserting of new terms in the attached schedules, concerning: coffee; tea; production of farm machineries; implements and equipment for production, processing, storage and transportation; activities connected within the agricultural value chain.
